Throughout his 16-year career, Jeff has led the digital charge, applying his talents to various media properties.
Fresh from college, he was both sales representative and web service master for the Detroit Pistons. At the Pistons, Jeff managed all company sites/microsites, email communications, ticketing programs and online stores – all of which were proven incremental sales drivers.
When he moved to the Cleveland Cavaliers, as Director, Web Services, Jeff’s responsibilities expanded to include content and operational oversight and the development of the team’s first, comprehensive social media strategy.
At Home Team Marketing, as VP/Digital, Jeff oversaw the company’s digital strategy and web/social applications. He also had responsibility for evaluating third-party technologies and partners, and identifying new digital marketing opportunities for Brand sponsors. Jeff’s role then expanded, primarily to include responsibility for HTM’s digital product innovation. He was charged with evolving how Brands can best extend their initial interaction with parents/teens beyond in-school venues – using digital.
